High Quality Configuration
·High speed non-electrolytic pulse power with alternating polarity is adopted in our latest Generation High precision wire cutting machine. This to make the positive and negative ionsgenerated in the processing basically remain in situ, inhibit the occurrence of electrolytic corrosion, prevent the formation of softening layer, and improve the service life of the mold.
·With unique leading finishing module, a 30mm thickness workpiece’s surface roughness can be quickly machined to Ra=0.4μm or less.
·Dedicated mirror finishing power supply, the best surface roughness Ra≤0.25μm.
Novicut-M
Masina de mare viteza care lucreaza cu fir recirculat de Alama / Molibden. Aceasta masina cu fir este cea cu cel mai mic cost de operare de pe piata si poate atinge cea mai ridicata rata de eroziune de peste 220 mm2/min si ceam mai buna rugozitate de Ra <= 0,8. Firul este continuu recirculat.
Novicut-P/U
Masina de precizie si taiere de inalta calitate cu sistem de avans continuu al firului de Alama / Cupru pentru obtinerea unei precizii ridicate si a unei calitati superioare de suprafata. Firul este de regula din alama sau cupru stratificat, are diametrul cuprins intre 0.02 si 0.3 mm si este pentru unica utilizare.
